Our Humble Abode - Part 2

This is our washing machine/shower stall. I'm learning about washing clothes by hand; fill 2" of warm water in basin, add soap, add clothes; soak clothes 15 mins then scrub rub them on knobby shower basin bottom, knead them turn them, swish them, the rinse cycle requires clean water and more swishing, turning, splashing clothes till all lather is out. Then the hard part... wringing them a handful at a time. String them across cabinet doors and hangers to dry. Its a chore but in Ukraine you do like the Ukrainians do.
